Really feeling struck today

Am so board and depressed and lonely right now and I talk to my boyfriend and he said if I don’t do something soon he’s going to have to move on because he’s a men with needs and right now am not giving him what he need and I haven’t been over his house in weeks and I think his just tired of me and this depression and anxiety is to much for him and yesterday he got drunk and pass out and am doing everything to be positive and help myself right now I been sober for 1 month 19 days

Yeah girl!! One month and 19 days! I hope you read the articles I sent you. They really should help. As for your boyfriend, he obviously doesn’t understand this illness. Your sobriety is most important right now! He could be a huge trigger. Especially if he’s drinking around you. YOU take care of YOU now. Always here for you 🙏🏼
