Hi driftr it can feel like a ever ending rollercoster at times where you can not seeing anyWay off it but perseverence and eventually thinking of better ways to run your life a start would be making a support network that you can personally get more help quicker I wish you all the best the care x

this post just reminds me of this meme i saw..anyway on a serious note try and find something you can do outside of "life stuff" maybe go pet some animals,take a walk,read,draw,coloring whatever floats your boat and i am always open to a chat!
