Have you broken down why you believe this way? Are you by chance taking more of your dose than you should be? If you are taking it as prescribed and it is helping you, I wouldn't consider that an addiction but a great asset that it's able to help you feel more balanced. If you are taking more than you are supposed to, I highly suggest being honest with your prescribing doctor and going over what can be done about that. I wish you the the best of luck!
No I never take as much I'm allowed which is 25mg twice a day if did that Id be a lump of clay.. I usually take half a pill at night and that knocks me out when I wake up its like a bad hangover most of the day. If I go 2 or 3 days without it then I'm anxious again and don't sleep plus if I take it everyday my depression is worse. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.
Sometimes we are giving more of a dose then our body needs . I adjust my meds as I see what I'm comfortable with by cutting down the dose.
