Is there a hotline or family member that you could call? I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, for now just focus on breathing. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I’m ok, right now, in this very moment. I understand the zero energy completely so you are not alone.

Feeling much the same way myself today……it’s so hard trying to think positive thoughts when u feel this way. But it’s always good to come onto this site & vent how ur feeling & someone will always respond to u.

Hope you’re feeling better….You are most definitely not alone. This journey is not a pleasant one, but I keep hoping there is the light at the end of the tunnel.

Life alone is challenging. When you have other conditions to go with it is very challenging. I know I struggle very hard wondering am I ok with other people. I seem to want to be alone in my thoughts which is not good either. There are other things I face that makes me fearful for the next day.
I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Maybe start with a physical to make sure that there is nothing medical that is causing your fatigue. Work with a therapist to develop a "tool box" of ways to deal with these feelings. If you have already worked with a therapist, try a different one. Try taking short walks. Concentrate on your surroundings, what you can see, touch and feel, and appreciate nature. Listen to music that you enjoy. Do something to help someone else. Understand that life is constantly changing and that you won't feel this way forever. Things will get better for you if you wait long enough.
