Try and watch something or listen to something calming until maybe you fall into a sleep
Read or listen to a meditation video
You might try writing out what you are anxious about, just focus on the thoughts and feelings and write it without worrying about what it looks like or spelling, etc... and just venting it. Another thing is to let yourself be super anxious and even try making your self more anxious because it's the trying to fight it or repress it that can maintain it. I also find reading a book, one that I don't care if i remember anything about, can help.
I do a little bit of exercise, lifting some mini weights and arm exercises. Also drink some hot tea. Take a warm shower with a shower steamer scent of eucalyptus or lavender. I hope this helps you a bit.
