I get anxiety and depression through out the day, but at night is whenit seems worse... I’m just laying here putting my son to sleep and out of nowhere I get a thought “what if I have a heart attack in my sleep, there’s no way of stopping it” even though I had an EKG in September and I have a perfectly normal heart

I don’t have those, just the thoughts and then depersonalization

Most definitely if u need to talk to someone I'm here to hear u out

Are you and your son the only two people in the house? How old is your son? If he is older than 5, maybe you can teach him how to make phone calls to ask for help?

I had similar concerns when I take the kids out to play. I once had a chest pain and was out of breath when we were outside. My older kid was 8 at that time and he helped a lot.

oh so your son is really just a small baby. If you live with your parents and have extra people around the house then don't worry too much about the baby's well being. If you are worried for yourself, there are actually some "one button help" devices on the market that you can carry around with you for the peace of mind.
