Can my heart hurt because of taking a new med (pregabalin)? Feels like tahicardia

I read the receipt it says it can be dangerous to older people sometimes but didn't say anything about causing 22yos tahicardia. And it's really helping me, without it, i would go crazy.

If you are experiencing tachycardia at 22 yrs old I would be concerned, as it sounds like you are worried about this. However, make sure you’re not just freaking out on the side effects listed on the attached paperwork as drug companies are just covering their ass in case something happens to you. This paperwork of side effects always freaks me out too. Give it a minute, breathe deep, and if it still persists call your doc. Always here. ❤️

Thank you. Really, the paper really scared me. I hope it gets away, i already annoyed my doctor so much

Thanks. Yeah, unfortunately it can be something else which is really bad. Unfortunately docs just say im anxious and fat

That is really unacceptable. Honestly if it persists I would be seen in the ED. Tachycardia or Atrial fibrillation whatever it may be needs to be properly diagnosed and treated as it could be much more serious .
