There isn't really anyone I know I can talk about this stuff but I really feel stressed out about college. I want to get into a good college and I have fairly good grades. My GPA is good but my SAT score is low. I feel I won't be able to raise my score in time before college application. I'm trying to look around other option but everything is so confusing and muddled. I wish could ask someone who knows about college these questions. I feel so frustrated.

Stressed Out
When I was in school we had advisors to talk to about different colleges and college prep. Do you have those in your school? Do you have a specific college in mind? If so, call them to see if they have any admission advisors who can help guide you and give you info on what you will need to enroll at their school. Every college and university is different as far as their admission requirements, so start with the ones that interest you. Another thing to consider attending community college first. Community colleges are less expensive and you can start there - their credits should transfer (check first) to 4-year colleges. That way you can begin college with less stress and work your way up to better scores.
If you live in the US there are independent counselors for college that you can meet with. I'm assuming they charge for their service but i'm not sure if you or the colleges pay for it. You could google and find one near you.
