Getting Very stressed out about court

On Nov 19 I have to appear in court for pre-trial if he does not take the deal, on Nov 27 I have to take the stand testified on how he broke the CIVIL PROTECTION ORDER. really worried about it just the sight of him makes me nervous well would love to hear from someone to tell me it's going to be ok

You will get to the other side of this. Our minds tell us things will be worse than they normally are. He can’t harm you. I believe we are given strength for just one moment at a time. The reason we don’t feel strong about the future is we aren’t there yet. All it does is drain this moment and the next of the strength we have today. Lean on us on this site. Thank you very much I will keep that in mind when in sitting in the courtroom will keep me from losing it the closer it gets the nerves I get but I will ask God to help me stay calm have a good night

If you managed to get this court intervention started , you are a very strong person. I think anyone would be nervous about getting up there and answering questions. I know I sure would be !!! Best of everything to you, you will feel sooo much better when it's over and you did great !!!
