Tommorrow sis is at doctor's at my city. Mom Called me and told me i go there, they won't come to my place or school and the doctor is really busy and they're really busy. Mom's such a bitch, then goes mad grandparents prefer stepmother and why im anxious. When something doesn't go according to her plans, she stresses everyone out. She's always negative. Then the one i loved left me because i'm always negative. I can't find sth to end myself here. My new accomodation doesn't have where to hang a rope, i don't have a kitchen with knives, i can't get meds without a prescribtion. Why is it so hard to stop existing?!

Does anyone know the suicide hotline #? Please leave it here for Against the current. Hey so Against the current, it sounds like it’s so hard to be around your mom so do you think it would help to set up boundaries with her?
I agree. Mom seems to be a negative person for her to be around. Maybe have another person to be with ATC to monitor what's being said. ATC, suicide's not the answer. Please seek help.
The only problem there Starrlight is that the hotlines vary from country to country. Valuable time can be spent for Against-the -current calling from Bulgaria to say, the USA or Australia, or UK. What is needed is a hotline that will be of help anywhere in the world.
Red Cross, Save the Children - I do have a doctor friend in from Bulgaria, so will seek local help from her.
You can call or text 988 for the suicide hotline.
Here's the Red Cross Help website for Bulgaria. It says that they can help with suicide prevention:

The National Emergency line for Bulgaria is 112.
Thank you Norw!!! Much appreciated
Any time, my friend🙂
How are you coping?
My mother, who struggled with depression all her life, used to quote this poem to me:
Resumé
BY DOROTHY PARKER
Razors pain you;
Rivers are damp;
Acids stain you;
And drugs cause cramp.
Guns aren’t lawful;
Nooses give;
Gas smells awful;
You might as well live.
I'm not making light of your feelings; your list of "problems" in your new apartment reminded me of Parker's poem. I think part of the reason you're having a hard time ceasing to exist is that somewhere inside you know your life has value, that we value you and recognize your struggles, your progress, and your challenges. People here care enough to have found some resources for you. I hope you will find the strength again to do what you need to do to make it through. Please let us know how you are doing.
