Relationship OCD

Hey everyone! I hope your day is going well. I have been struggling badly lately with relationship OCD and didn't know if someone could give me advice or encouragement. I have a bad track record with relationships and was wondering if that has to do with my current one. In the past, I quickly moved in with my SO, and it ended up crashing and burning. This time around I don't want to rush into things but then I find it difficult to be away from my SO. I get anxiety attacks if we don't talk for long periods of time throughout the day and will even believe that maybe he doesn't love me anymore even though he reassures me all the time. I am afraid that I will end up pushing him away with my constant need for reassurance. If anyone can relate or even give me any tips on how to chill out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
