Hello! This is my first post and wanted to see how this works. I'm a little nervous because I don't know how well I'll be using this platform, like if I will be posting a lot or not. But just reading some posts makes me feel like I'm not alone in this. It's been a rough few weeks, my depression has been really bad. But I'm trying to make a change and get out of this spiral. Keep reading posts about what has helped others. There is a lot of wisdom here. If something doesn't feel right then choose something else. 💚

Some "quick" advice i can give you is to write what you feel and why.
Welcome to the group and thank yourself for having the courage to join and start posting here. Besides it being a great group of kind and supportive people here, I think you will find how beneficial it feels to be here and realize you are not alone in your struggles.
One of the things that has helped me with depression is ACT therapy, it's something you can do by yourself or with a therapist. There is info about it on youtube and books available on amazon.
