My depression and anxiety

I have been feeling awful with my aniexty and depression and I hate that man thinks it's all in my head and he Flys off the handle, he has to go help his friend soon because he just had a knee replacement and I am having aniexty and depression about it because I'm afraid he will be there all day and night even though he said he will be home around 4pm every day, what should I do

if you trust him it shouldn't matter when he gets home, he is a grown man. If you don't trust him, that's a whole different problem. I suggest you do some couple's counseling either way, you both are struggling.
