my anxiety gets so bad randomly one day I can have the best day and sleep and another night I am a mess my kind is a mess tonight and I just can’t sleep. I feel like I am worried/stressed about nothing..

Hi there cmaldonado it's usual to have the odd period of insomnia some have it more than others I usually even with a full night's sleep feel out of sorts and fatigued the next day which I hate because I find I can't do the usual things I enjoy during the day ! Have you seen your doctor about how you feel as that would be the first step ! I wish you all the best good luck david

hi cm, you’re obviously worried about something so why not write it down in your worry I can’t sleep journal? Keep one next to your bed and when you can’t sleep, try writing your thoughts. Once you unload you can relax and go to sleep. Also having lavender in the room helps if you can stand the smell. It relaxes your muscles. Good night and be well!

You might try to do what you can to help balance things out for you, like quit caffeine, stop screen time a couple hours before bed, don't eat anything heavy for dinner or afterwards, listen to relaxation meditation before bed and the most helpful is to try not to worry too much about it, it's part of the ebb and flow of life. You might also try CBD for sleep.
