I keep waking up at 3:00 am and can not usually get back to sleep 😴 I go to bed at 9 -10ish so I’m getting 6ish hours ... I used to need 10 but I’m thinking this may work.
What is your sleep like everyone? I’m just curious.

When im at work my sleep is good cause im exhausted with early mornings long days, but since lockdown began and i wasnt able to go its been horrendous ages to get to sleep waking up at all hours sleeping in day and generally makes you feel crap, luckily im able to go back this coming week so i know my sleep is going to go back to what it was, but i feel for you its tough when its like this, maybe you should go and see your doctor see if there is anything they can do to help you get back to some sort of healthy sleeping pattern, good luck😊
Oh, no wonder you replied to me once at 3am your time. You poor thing! No sleep is an awful thing. Have you heard of Dr. Hauschka's Moor Lavender Calming Body Oil? You're in the States, right? They might have it at Walgreens or CVS. If not, I think Amazon has it (what don't they have😂). I have this and it is wonderful! I rub some on my neck and behind my ears. It calms me and makes me sleepy.
Sending the sleep Gods your way,
That sounds great I’ll try it, thanks! Oh yes I love the sleep Gods , ha!
Ok well, there are about 20 of them marching your way now. Their instructions are to come in through your bedroom window.
Yes, please do try it. I think you'll like it.
Also, hot showers calm me.
I hope you get some sleep!❤
You know what actually I have some oil and lavender and other essential oils I can use.
Perfect!!
Hello again. I am a total insomniac these days, especially because I sadly don't have a job and when this pandemic hit my anxiety has become so ramped up these days. I've resigned myself to it right now. I will go to bed and 3 hours later I will wake up. And I'm way too addicted to this website and YouTube. I even take some medication that's supposed to help me sleep but it doesn't last. Guess I'm a night owl, I always was!!!
I sleep 3-3.5 hours, have a middle of night waking for 2-3-3.5 (sometimes 4 hrs like last night) and back to sleep 2-3-3.5 hours. My final waking is usually 3-4 am and I give up trying. I get enough, I’ll be 53 next month and I don’t need as much as I once did.
We’ve resigned to the fact I just sleep stupid and my goal no matter how I get there is to just get enough I’m not handicapped the next day.
Been on many prescription meds for sleep, they can’t keep me asleep so I don’t bother any more. 😁😁
Oh wow. Hmmm I think I’ll try going back to melatonin and Benadryl .
No amount of fixing my sleep hygiene fixes this, I’ve done it all. When ever you see me post that I got some sleep, it’s truly a great night for me. 😂😂
I had problems sleeping in the past. Now, I go to sleep very late, midnight, or later, and I am able to sleep until 9 AM, sometimes later. But I take some meds at night that help me to sleep. Do you feel ok with 6 hours sleep? If so, then maybe you should go to sleep later, so you don't wake up so early.
I am prone to nightmares so I usually only sleep well on 1 out of every 4 to 5 days and that is simply because sheer exhaustion has set in. I take trazadone to help me sleep and do essential oils and music therapy. Still some nights I cannot go to sleep and then can't stay asleep.
