I feel defeated often

Hi, I'm justing tired of it all. I was in an car accident June 5th the guy totalled our cars and yes he was at fault. I have been out of work since June due to back issue and no car his insurance company lowballing smh. I am so aggravated and depressed I'm injured and they trying to be slick etc. Another situation that causes more depression anxiety etc

Hello dark and lovely sorry to hear of your accident the insurance companies will always low ball you but stick to you guns if you've got a good lawyer you should be alright it's his job to get you a settlement that fits with the damage to you car and also to cover the loss of wages and any other losses you may have had ! I wish you well and hope you get a good settlement !

Hi they paid for the car already it's the injury part they stalling on, it is crazy and they didn't even offer enough to cover the medical bills smh. I'm with a great law firm I'm just ready to give up

I don't know if you remember me from us talking a few months ago, but you and your story has always remained in the back of my head.

My father, who went through 4 major surgeries over the past year, and is still dealing with a lot of physical pain, had this triggered by a major car accident that wasn't his fault. (that's a long story for another day, and this is about "you")

But on some level, "I get it" because I am still trying to help him out.

I too was a a bad wreck back in a little over a decade ago, that shook my world up mentally. (I already shared that story with you, and how I got over it)

But.. No matter what, I am here, and I am rooting for you.

I'm just waiting on my case to settle but I'm really not interested in buying another 1 but I need it as long as I'm still in Ga. I don't know why some people think a car accident isn't a bad deal for some. I still have back pain and is paranoid when I'm in a car. Stressed in Ga

I understand, and I get it. (heck the person that hit my father's car was uninsured)

I get the money side, along with the physical and emotional pain.

Here.. I drive around in a 2003 beater car, I don't need anything special, just basic (and hopefully) reliable transportation.

& I am hoping to get one more Chicago Winter out of it, since I don't have the option to park it in a garage. (and it's kinda breaking down)

But.. I also know the stress of when a car doesn't work or when it's not available. I get it.

I feel u and I don't want a fancy car due to the alarming carjacking rate etc. It's sad when we have to live in fear of crime , bad health etc . Always something but hey we just here til we die right

For me, that car was sideswiped by my neighbors twice.
