When my sleep is off my mental health is off. Second day of having a hard time getting to sleep. Then my drrams can play havoc on my sleep once i get to sleep. Vicious cycle

I'm sorry you can't settle your mind enough to sleep.

I spent a year like this. It was awful and it most certainly effected my emotional and physical well being.

Can you nap during the day? I know it messes up the cycle. I don't live by the " norm" anymore. I listen to my body.

Tried taking a nap this morning without success. Have a busy morning and afternoon hopefully sleep better soon
