Anxiety=anger

Anyone else have there anxiety get channeled into anger?

I do alot of times , and I hurt the people I love taking my anxiety out on them.

I am on the spectrum too and most of the time i don't even see ive don it

Sometimes it's subtle. (and those are the harder ones to catch)

Sometimes it's obvious, (like me yesterday) and all you can do is try to clean up the mess, and try to be a better person.

That was definitely me yesterday, but it was anxiety, worry, and stress that caused it.

It doesn't make it right. Especially when you are at fault, but all you can do is the best that you can. (and yesterday I stunk at doing that)

Oh absolutely.

I had a meltdown with my family yesterday. (I was at fault for this one)

There's been a lot of pain in my life for the past 5 years (hands down the hardest 5 year stretch that I ever had to live), and while some days I've been OK to deal with the anxiety and stress, yesterday a lot of stuff fell apart. (and fell apart pretty bad)

I'm not trying to make excuses, but I've bottled and stuffed way too much. (I've also needed to be in the hospital for an immediate family member every month since February)

But that's only the tip of the ice berg.

Long story short I've been really negative lately, something got said. I should have let it go, but I didn't and volcanoed.

I tried to make peace with it today, but it's a mess.
