been on Sertraline 25 mg for 25 days then 50 mg for 5 days. Throughout nausea but increased once increasing dose. Is this common? Read reports that side effects may get worse once increasing but anyone else experienced this?

Hi, just starting on 50 mg. no nausea but feeling drugged. Very different than paxil I took.

lucky you! 30 days of severe nausea! Started on 25 mg for 3 weeks then upped to 50mg side effects all came back. Hopefully easing slightnow????

I have used sertraline 50 mg morning and evening. But it did not work for me even after 1 month trial. I faced same side effects but it does not improve my GAD and SAD symptoms. Since i visited my prescription doctor and he changed my medicine.

I’m on 50mg and have been from the start, and have been on them since December, I had side effects right up until the 4th week and on and off a bit for a couple of weeks after, i had the spaced out feeling as well. I think everyone’s experience is going to be different, I think you going from 25 to 50 it will be your body getting used to a higher dosage and trying to level out.

finally the nausea has decreased on day 30!! Even my doctor today said she was very surprised I kept on going ! Without this support group i would’ve given up!

Hi im on 200mg sertraline haven't had any nausea very sleepy all the time though. Hope you feel better😊

my granddaughter is on 200 mg and never had any side effects. Cured her OCD

I’ve just been prescribed 200mg from 100mg and the nausea and la knife appetite is awful
