I HATE NOISE

The least noise bothers me every since these panic attacks anxiety and depression im Hypersensitive more than ever with lights sounds and People who just talk alot ...GOD KNOWS I WASNT ALWAYS THIS WAY ITS STRANGE ON HOW ALL THIS CHANGED IN LIFE....SMH MY NEIGHBORS ARE GETTING ON MY NERVES BEING SO NOISEY

When some does something out of the ordinary in front if me it irritates me. i know they dont mean to do it but when Im concentrating on something it does. I think is that person is so desperate for attention and i know it is wrong to behave the way i do

clanging bothers me. I cringe at putting dishes away so I always avoid it. Learning this is why is helpful though.

Same. Any loud noise, or a lot of noise in general, triggers my anxiety and i have to go to bathroom to sit and be alone to calm down. It started after my first miscarriage last Sep..

I too experience varying levels of sound sensitivity. I sometimes use silicon earplugs or listen to binaural music with headphones. Cool, I made my first post here.

Sorry you are going through this. I feel the same way. Noise really has become a no tolerance thing with me. My personality has changed so much. From liking people and being tolerant to finding loud noises unbearable or any sudden noise. I think the having an oversensitive system thing really resonates. I've used sunglasses when out without any sun to cut out stimulation and have used ear plugs quite a few times in the past. Sound sensitivity is a tough one.
