I suffered from depression, anxiety, OCD, post traumatic, I believe I’m an alcoholic.
I really enjoy talking to people but sometimes… I can’t find anybody to talk to me. I don’t have many friends, being disappointed in life for a many people. So maybe that makes it hard to trust. But on the other side, I’m ready to help, and make everyone happy, I think I’m too much of a mush and that can be a problem too.

How can I live with no hope and in this much pain?
New to site hopefully will get others dealing with this to share thoughts an ideas to no I’m not alone no support where I live at all thx 
Work stress 
First time in a support group. Hoping to find people I can relate to and get advice from. 
Meditation... how does it help you. I can see the short-term value in it for calming and relaxation but I do not get the long-term value.
