Lying in a hospital bed now! I feel I finally have the courage to say hi ! I'm new to this site !

Hi guys ! I'm in hospital with kidney stones ! I joined this site few weeks ago but have never had the courage to post ! I've battled with depression/ anxiety/ borderline personality disorder etc throughout my life! I feel so low and lonely ! Hoping to make some friends that I can listen to and understand and hopefully help and likewise I'm hoping I can get some support from like minded people ! People that understand and arnt so quick to judge me would be nice.. so I just want to say a big HI to everyone and send lots of love! Xxx

I'm sorry to hear that you are hospitalized. Get well and always take care of yourself. This site is definitely a no critique zone, which I love. I am also new to this site and so far people here are very supportive and kind. You will be welcomed by many. We all here have struggles with some form of depression or anxiety, however it's a safe zone and we are all her to listen and support each other.

Tell us how you are doing after you are discharged.

thank you so much for your quick reply! to say I've got a big fear of rejection is an understatement so thank you !!

It seems to just be one thing after another! If you know what I mean ?

I woke up the day and made a conscious decision that I was going to try and help myself a little better , get myself out of staying in my house !

So I joined the gym and organised a personal training session!

Then BANG !!! kidney stones !! Which has thrown me off completely ! I'm feeling sorry for myself again now ! But on the positive side I've finally found the courage to post on here!! Sending good vibes !!
