Scary panic attack episode

driving to pickup my boys and i had a panic attack on the road had to make a uturn and return home and my father inlaw got my boys for me everything was getting dim heart racing fear of dying very scary ...any input i feel sad im letting my family down ...smh

I know it’s not easy and panic attacks can be scary I get them out of know where sometimes you are not a disappointment things happen that are out of our control and all we can do is work on it try to do better but it’s not your fault have you ever tried medication or therapy to help I am here for you if you need a friend or just someone to talk to

Yes the klonopin i take helps but the sertraline high dosage make me feel weird like a outer body experience i tried to take it but i just cant ...I have a therapist and im on short term disability because of anxiety and depression this is no joke i had a nervous breakdown

I know it’s hard and I am so sorry that you are going through all of this but I am here for you I am also on medication for anxiety too and I have worked on different ways to calm myself

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. We were a couple hours from home. We just left to come home when an attack hit. I didn’t think I would be able to continue the drive or make it home. I did though! So did you! You aren’t letting anyone down. I am right there with you on really believing that. I get down on myself when it happens too. Let’s work on our positive self talk together 🫶🏻

yes and thankyou ☺️ i wasnt always like this it all started lastyear around this time i fought it all year until i couldnt fight no more i got help but i have a long short road ahead...
