My mom is finally home from the hospital she looks a lot better than when she went in thank god. Had to take her to the store to get her pills and pick up some food never go to the store on a Sunday in the afternoon so many people but I made it through. I want to work on trying to not sleep all day. Even sleeping during my regular time I struggle to get up because it’s like here we go again and I’m so dehydrated especially when I wake up. I stopped taking the Klonopin because it was making my depersonalization and stuff worse which that just adds to my anxiety still taking the Zoloft. One day at a time again I just never thought this would be how my 20s were gonna go I had so many different plans for myself and bam stuck in fear feeling weird having to live through something all over again 10x worse that I thought I already made it through. Keep getting random dizziness/head pressure and nausea and random pains. It’s very frustrating that I thought I had my dry heaving under control then I started the Zoloft and it brought it all back. I did notice something weird my eye color changes when I’m stressed I usually have nice hazel greenish eyes but then they turn grey it’s so strange. Also still getting more anxiety after eating no matter what I eat.

So glad your mother is home! It sounds like you are doing everything you can. Try to be patient with yourself. It's not easy, but I have faith that you can do it. 🤗🤗🤗

Hi Adam, I'm so happy to hear your mom is back home and is looking better.

It's difficult I know when you aren't feeling that well yourself and the need to take

care of someone else can be overwhelming.

The thing right now is not focusing on the negative things in life. Each day can bring

it's own problems w/o any additional help from our anxious thoughts.

Try focusing on the good things around you, right now in being that your mom looks

better and is at home. You were able to get her medication as well as some food in the

house. (you're right about Sundays being busy at the grocery stores) lol

Embrace the small steps you take and the bigger ones will come automatically when the

time is right.

Good Luck with your psychiatrist appointment Wednesday to talk about Zoloft.

Write down the questions and concerns you may have so you don't forget anything.

Keeping you and your mom in my thoughts. :) xx

I’m so happy your mom is home!! And proud you made it through the busy store! As my mom would say; give yourself some grace, your trying and your getting through it day by day. Every day will be a little bit better :)

Glad to hear your mom is out of the hospital 😊

Anxiety is something you don't get rid of. You just learned how to live with it. You get better at coping with it. Even folks loke Ryan Reynolds said hes taking a break from acting cause of his anxiety. He said it can get bad to the point he doesn't leave the house. But he works on it. He continues to work on it. So even Deadpool has to figure out how to cope and manage.

You have to do the same. Right now you just haven't found it, YET. Thats the key word...YET. Eventually you'll find something that will work with you. You can create like an action plan. You'll start making progress. Hell even before this you were making progress, yeah it wasn't what you want. Its small little victories. But they still count. Like you said you been here before and that means you can get yourself out again. Im pulling for you 💗

If this is happening to you then maybe you should make an appointment to see your GP (in case its a reaction to your medication)
