I am so annoyed at myself, I took an overdose and ended up being taken to A&E with lights flashing in an ambulance....woke p in resus

Please, please, please don't be annoyed at yourself. You must have gotten to the point where you felt so trapped.

I did the same thing about 10 years ago. Don’t beat yourself up. I’m sure you were in a place where you didn’t have any hope. I do hope you are ok. If god forbid you feel that bad again, come on here and chat. People here are extremely helpful.
