I'm new here, my therapist brought me to you guys. I'm currently looking for a support group system that is free. I currently quit my job due to hostile work enviroment, and now I need something to fill my time with. I figured the best thing to do with that time is get more help that I need instead of going into a job right after and still dealing with panic attacks and other things I have been dealing with a lot lately.
What are the rules here? I want to make sure I break no rules

Welcome aboard newbie. I think you'll find that this is a very safe place for the most part. As for the rules it's pretty simple no nudity posting, no bullying or soliciting and anything related to the sort.
But you can share what you're going through. With No judgment. Cuz all of us here are dealing with depression and anxiety. So you're among friends. And if you need advice this is a great place to come to. I have come here myself looking for ways to help me out with my anxiety and how to engage with the world again.
And I hope you enjoy your stay. There are a lot of people here who do like helping others. I consider myself one of those people. ❤️

Welcome BlueFlutterby156. There are many good people here who understand anxiety and depression because we live with it. If you have question or need some suggestions to help you just post. You will often be pleasantly suprised by the responses you get.
I shake all over and my heart races when I have a bad panic attack. I have to remind myself to take slow deep breaths instead of shallow ones so I don't get dizzy and often need help walking.
