Well, at least you know that it is not the chairi malformation, so that is one less thing to worry about. Try to relax a bit and enjoy that bit of good news, although I know it's very hard to relax. Perhaps the. Xanax will help. It is good news!!

That is good news. please stop worrying now, your brain is overactive as it is! :)

Cheers, Midori

That's good to hear. One less thing to deal with.

I've learned to take a notebook with me so I can remember what the doctor tells me.

I feel so bad for you Adamj. You are still going through so much suffering. Do you have a good support system? All I can say is that I understand panic disorders, GAD, PTSD and MDD. These are all things that can at certain periods be very present in my life, like was just stabilized with meds about 5 months ago. My go to list to help me in crisis and not necessarily in any order consists of: a walk, swimming, exercise bike, meditation, careful eating, support group, husband, best friends, journaling, good books, crisis hotline. I wish I had a magic wand for all those on this site suffering with mental illness/conditions. Please believe that there is light at the end of the dark tunnel Adam.💫👏💫🌈🦋
