I keep getting different brands of my 2mg Diazepam. I used to Actavis which changed to Almus. Recently been given Crescent and I don't feel they work for me. Not giving me the required mental relief that I usually get. Anyone else experience this brand not working for them?

By law medications have to contain a carefully measured amount of the active ingredient and there are regular checks by government health agencies to ensure those standards are strictly adhered to. Any pharmaceutical company that produced meds that deviate from the standard would have their licence revoked.
It could be that you have built up a tolerance to the dosage and it’s not as affective as it was. Discuss it with your doctor.
50 years ago I took half a 5mg diazepam three times a day for a year. Just as effective after a year as at the beginning. Coming off it takes time and should be a gradual process but it's the same for all other psychiatric meds.
not the case with me
I don’t understand your response. It’s not an individual experience or your doctor doesn’t understand an individuals needs? Have you already discussed your concerns to your doctor and he can’t help you?
I had this issue when I was taking klonopin and then was switched to the generic versions. The different generic versions were different colors so the coloring ingredients are different and some people can apparently have allergy issues with that otherwise the rest of the ingredients are all supposed to be the same.
how long and what dose are you prescribed for diazepam. This drug really helps me but I’m scared I’ll get dependant on them and won’t be prescribed any more
