Zopiclone is hard to get off. I feel you need to switch to ambien and then wean off it

I would imagine the valium has to be a very slow wean, I am interested on the mirtazapene too

Please talk to your doctor because withdrawal symptoms with some medication you have to be very careful .

I’m on 15mg mirtazipine and have just started to wean myself off.. Dr has told me to take one pill every other day for a week then one pill every 2 days and so on ... struggling to sleep a little at night and I have what’s like internal shaking/vibrating not sure if this is a side effect of the weaning off or not

Oh ok yes that's what I thought how to do. Yes I know I wont sleep as missed just one night and awake despite diaz and z. But the Mirtaz has put 4 stone on me and constant hunger now predisbetic. Its gotta go soon. Good luck. Let me know how it goes

Hi there well 2 weeks on and apart from constant shaking inside I’m doing ok ... I’m down to 1 every 3 days now not sure if I’m doing this too fast but I just want to be off them the weight gain is awful.... I even did slimfast for 12 days had them for breakfast and lunch and a balanced meal at night.... no cakes biscuits, sweets and after the 12 days normally I would of knocked off a good 6 or 7 lbs but no I only lost 2lbs! Pretty soul destroying I must say . I will stick with way I’m decreasing the mirtazipine ... by the way I seem to be sleeping ok and actually up and about at a sensible hour now rather than turning over and going back to sleep 😂😂
