So true! I’m having such a hard time and I can’t explain what’s going on other than I have a fast heartbeat dizziness feelings of worry and fear. I amafraid it won’t go away. I feel out of my own control.

P.s. do you get intrusive thinking almost like voices racing around in the mind?
