Unfortunately ‘for me’ one of the things I find most difficult to do is get out and about, I go only where I must go and to church. How to meet someone when I’m on self imposed lockdown? The loneliness and depression is quite debilitating, I have the anxiety and PTSD under control. I see I’m not the only one suffering in this way.
Fortunately I live on the bay and don’t have to drive to the water, I’m attempting more to meet people and do. It’s all very tiring.

I don't like meeting new people but just sometimes I find very nice people that if you get to know them they can be a beautiful person to talk to on the phone

Tiring at first but as you meet that special someone, you will no longer just exist but
