I’m not on meds this is hard

Psychiatrist doesn’t take my insurance I’ve been off meds a month and a half depression Anxiety. I can’t sleep pain issues my back is swollen osteoarthrosis in my spine and right hip bone spurs in my neck I have another Psychiatrist and Pain Management doctor in July my mood swings are bad. I live with my mom and son. My daughter Call the police on me I didn’t know what was going on my daughter got a court order and put me in psych ward in downtown Cleveland. My son was on vacation with his friends so I called my son and told him what happened. I was crying and upset listen to that officers and I talked to the doctors down there and I said I have a new Psychiatrist and you Pain Management doctor in July so I followed their instructions and they let me out that evening my insurance paid for a Uber so I could go home that evening I was happy that I get to go. I was there for like seven hours. The next day I try to go to the hospital to try to get some meds me and my mom were there for seven hours and there was more people ahead of me so we just left. My mom had to pick up my son. I’m trying my best to stay calm I take Xanax tizanidine gabapentin. Can’t wait to get the shots in my neck and back it’s been a year.

Have you tried ibuprofen ?

It is cheap and very effective -: it is alkaline and anti inflammatory it could help your pain and your mood
