I know it's hard to open up and share but it's hard to know how best to respond. We've probably all been there or we wouldn't be here sharing. Wish I knew what to say to help you feel better. Thinking of you. Maybe just reading what others have gone through will let you know that you are not alone. Little by little, this will pass. Take care.

Reach out to a friend and open up, seek professional help (therapy), maybe call a hotline if things are that bad. Keep hanging in there!!!
