That’s it. I am sad all the time. Just sad. So much sadness. Like I am empty inside and only full of sadness. Like I am not in my body. I see people, I talk, I laugh, I make conversations. But it is like an out of body experience. I am not there. I can’t even remember what I said. Just robotic replies and reflexes. I feel distant, and alone even when surround by people. Just really really sad. I don’t know why. Just I am sad, full of sadness.

You are NOT alone. Feeling emptiness 24/7, despair, and joking/laughing and not even being there. I'm also dating a class clown, which is very helpful for my mental stability.
I’m a little confused. I am not sad 😞 all the time and have some happiness in my life. Did you mean to address
Mrs. Archangel ?
I can relate. Having to push yourself to fake the funk is exhausting and people have no idea whats really going on in your head. Hoping you find some peace and relief. ❤️
I feel the exact same way. EVERYDAY!!! and I am being told to try and just be "strong". since nobody really gets it, I'll rather just be alone. You're really not alone.
Is there a reason why you are sad, or is it a form of depression? If you are not already doing so you do need to see a psychiatrist and find a medication that helps you.
Sweet friend, sometimes we don’t have to no why we feel the emptiness. As weird as it sounds I am glad you are acknowledging that you feel that way. That is great strength to speak that truth. Have you talked to a counselor or anyone? It might help to have someone help you navigate all you are experiencing. Here is a number for a group of counselors that can help connect you to someone near you who specializes in what you are going through: DO Phone number: 855-382-5433. Hoping and praying you find hope again.
I don’t feel this all the time, but lately I do understand this feeling. I do crack a lot of jokes to try to recover and it does help. I have honestly no idea of I a, suffering from PTSD, but I know something’s wrong and I definitely have a lot trauma, that is buried under recent trauma and I don’t know if I can handle any more trauma and it just seems like bad things keep happening.
Hi @Mrs-Archangel I'm so sorry to read you're feeling this way all the time. It must be very difficult not understanding why you're having these sad emotions and my heart goes out to you. Just wondering if you've always felt this way even from childhood or was there a time when the change in how you felt occurred. I only ask if it's possible something happened in your life that triggered your emotions...or maybe not.
I do hope that somehow as you go forward that what you thought was not possible becomes possible for you especially to do with your emotions.
Sending you much hugs ))).
Hi Mrs-Archangel, l have been moderately depressed for 2 months now. Ihad my Drivers Lisense suspended since Dec do to medical reasons.I bumped into a car when I tried to get into a small space. My handicapped daughter was having a lot of medical issues and then she got rapped. My meds were changed. I am getting Trans Cranial Direct Current once a week. I know we will come out of this when God wants us to. One thing I learned is we didn’t cause this, can’t control it and can’t fix it. If you haven’t seen a doctor do that first. Get on a med if you need it. Do find a Psychologist to talk to. We all understand on this group so text us anytime.
