I’ve tested Covid possible, spent 2+years avoiding it, doing everything right, then bammmm here you go, not only me though, my daughter and my little granddaughter now I’m freaking out, I’m so anxious that I’m sure I’m making myself feel worse. How do you deal with it and keep your anxiety at an acceptable level.my husband has tested negative so far for which I’m grateful for but I’m so worried that I will infect him, he has had 3 heart attacks and isn’t of best health. I’m staying upstairs away from him and wearing a mask but I’m so anxious 😥 thank you for reading my rant

I really feel for you- I shielded for nearly two years, being ecv, still haven't seen my family since 2019 , had 4 jabs and still got it about 4 weeks ago Thankfully, it's been quite mild, so hopefully yours will be too. Wishing you well xx
