Positives?!?

What is a positive for you today?

For me, this is my second day feeling so amazing. If I look to history I would come to the conclusion that at any moment my perspective will change,...my eyes will see gray smoke rising from my skin as I burn in my own small hell and life will suck for me very terribly but for now I’ll try to focus on this great time I’ve been blessed with.

Another positive is that my 7 year old brought home some of his illustrated writings which are amazingly adorable!

Another positive is after almost a month of having work done in the house workers say they will finish up tomorrow. I get my bedroom back, my bed back, my closet back. I can find my photos and become organized again.

Ooo starlight I went into a dark place last night, I was in the middle of Epcot, surrounded by people, just wanted to fly home to England, it was awful, other people just don’t get depression do they, I have been meditating all night, feel better , just quiet, going for massage. In an hour how are you X and .... thank you for asking x

We postponed our trip until tomorrow. Today we are getting our house back in order as we have had no bedroom nor much of a living room for a month, having work done... I will be happy to have things more organized. I was sleeping on the floor for a month so when I get my bed back I will sleeeeeep weeeelllllll.

Great to here you celebrate your positives. There is too much negativity in this world.

Today is not one if my best days, but I got up. Yeah, go me. I had something to eat and I did my exercise to remind myself of the lovely people I am surrounded by and that tomorrow will be a better day.

Having a great day myself!!! Telling myself that there will be more of these to come. Incidentally, took 250 mgs of Magnesium before bed last night. Wonder if there is a correlation. Anyone else take this supplement??

My positive is being able to get away for the weekend with my husband. Also knowing my pets will be well taken care of by my daughter. She has already sent me a picture of her and my dog curled up together.

Just went an hour and a half south of home. Beautiful hotel on a hillside with an indoor pool and a fire pit outside. Lots to do close by a casino, shopping and many good restaurants. Plan to just relax.
