Late Life Learning

I am over 40 and I feel bad at times where now I am becoming more aware of myself and certain aspects of life. I see people in their 20s and 30s who have it together.

Is there anyone who feels this way?

It never matters when healing happens or when things get better, the only thing that really matters is we keep going in our path. For each one of us their unique journey and experience. And as they always say ( to come late is better than not yo come at all )

You are keeping going and you are doing your best to be and do better which is really wonderful

And remember that healing is not a station that we gonna reach, but it’s a journey

I hope you find the peace in your journey and enjoy it.

Yes. We all hit our milestones at different times. And quite honestly, you look at other people and you see things from your own perspective. You might think that they have their stuff together but if you ask them They are typically just as scattered and freaked out as the rest of us.

Don’t compare yourself to others. Your life and experiences are not like anyone else’s You are beautifully unique and imperfect exactly like you’re supposed to be.
