Weird nail

I have a nail and it has a white area on it at the bottom I looked up Terry nails but it's not that much white and Terry nails says it could mean liver disease , congestive heart failure or renal failure ?

2nd agora and add if you have no other symptoms it isn’t urgent. In fact I get white spots…means nothing.

I’m not sure what you mean by white spot but I have the half moon white part on the bottom of my nails…

This is usually a sign that you are low in zinc....have you recently recovered from a virus or the flu...these deplete normal levels of zinc.

Zinc stops replication of viruses in cells..so very likely that once the you run low ... the virus gains the upper hand.... this is why zinc is important against flu and viruses in general.... take it with green tea... and you will absorb it better.

It could also mean that you got your nail mushed or bent funny. Damage to the fingernail or the bed of the nail can show up as a white mark.
