I suffer from anxiety daily. Someone gave me a compliment today and it gave me anxiety. I had an issue accepting the compliment and this individual could not understand why I do not see myself in a positive light or the way others see me. Any tips on improving self perception?

Hello, Just don't be afraid of anxiety I am sure you will beat it with time and courage try different coping methods, it will work for you. And that's good you already know your problem and have acceptance.Just go inflow do exercise ( deep breathing), Don't pay attention to people's reactions, do whatever you feel good for you, be open up towards surroundings, make some lifestyle changes to live a better life, try to learn about your triggers, and how to manage them.
I am sure these little tips will help you.
