Wife’s leaving and My anxiety is getting worse.

My wife of 17 years is talking about leaving me. It’s making me sleep very little and my anxiety is going hay-wire. It all started last year when I was at a very low point and burnt out from my job. Her reasons for wanting to leave are valid they’re rooting in my lack of emotional control. I blew it. I’m at a loss of what to do. I also had issues with depression in the past and now I’m worried about slipping into a deep dark hole of sadness. I can’t think straight and don’t want to make any drastic decisions. Any advise at all is welcome.

Talk it out - communicating and staying in contact key thing I think. Explaining all pressures and stress you are under and depression etc
