So for years now every now and then I'll wake up from just falling asleep and have a panic attack heart racing it's like I forget how to breathe then I after I get my heart rate down my body shakes. Anyways this past year they happen more an more sometimes over and over again all night long has anyone ever experienced this it makes me scared to sleep

One thing that may help in this situation is try and lie on the other side than normal, a change in position MAY help. Listen to music before sleep can help, also various types of film late evening before bed. Have supper or light meal earlier in the evening before bed, eating supper just before bedtime can cause churning, days worries etc.
Talk to your Doctor is the situation is bad, Hopefully the Practice can help in various ways.
If something is upsetting, move on away from the problem. We are all expecting respect and understanding especially at work
