How is having anxiety attacks every afternoon “normal”? Maybe you should ask a different doctor.

Nothing normal about attacks. You should seek out a new doctor. Are you seeing a psychiatrist or family doctor? Psychiatrist would be best, if you can get in to see one.

Maybe you should try a different one. Just does not seem right to say attacks are normal at a certain time. Did you ask him to increase the meds?

Definitely search for more help. My difficult times keep moving around. No consistency in my life.

Wake up many times during night. Final wake up call is around 6:00am with high anxiety and fears that keep me from making progress.

Once I give up and get up, distracting myself does help. However, my concentration is not there like it used to be so I've gone into being almost completely home bound. Behavior Health has been warning me about going down that path.

I keep picking the lesser of the 2 evils. Stay home stressing or going out and stressing more, are the choices.

Insurance definitely stands in the way of getting healings.

So does Big Pharma with their control of med distribution and prices.

I can only control myself, so I've been reminding myself lately. All the theories are helpful. As many people here have said, it's not enough or it's all we know after so many years and the growing population attaching themselves to tech devices instead of human contact.
