Woke up today with brain fog, of course my health anxiety kicks in. Any tips to try to combat this feeling?

Hi, I hope you will feel better soon! Just wonder, if you look back the last day/days, can you see something that might triggered the brain fog?

I get foggy by sleep deprivation. So solution is to have good sleep routines. And if too few hours, it often helps with a nap during the day. Or to take a walk.

If stress related, it often helps with a body scan meditation.

Thanks. Yes hope I can feel better soon too. Will head out for a walk now maybe that will help me. Thanks for response to my post. Helps so much to know that others experience these same symptoms and that others have ideas on what to do! Really appreciate it. 🙏❤️

Yes heading out is a good idea if for nothing else but fresh air and sunshine. I feel that way too. Moving the body will help the mind focus

It did help alittle bit. It’s in the 40s here so the temp was just nice enough with the sun out. Hoping for a good night and evening will try to take it easy on myself and not go down the rabbit hole of health anxiety. Drink king a green tea with lemon now trying to figure out what to make for dinner. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I try to eat some healthy food and plenty of fluids but a walk usually helps the most. I also try to journal a bit and not worry if it's unclear.

Thanks! I’m trying to uptick my fluids. Drinking more water and tea. Hopefully these feelings go away soon.
