I have the same problem Hazrat however with me they have diagnosed me having a Congenital Short Term Memory Disorder it is a chronic condition although I am fortunate I do not have Dementia
Talk to your GP they can check you out I had five weeks of tests. One of my problems not connected with above was I keep falling down, they put it down to severe neck damage and low blood pressure when I stand up or go out from a warm room to cold area. I am sixty nine so I expect things eventually break down
I feel I'm swimming in my own brain unable to focus or concentrate.
I catch myself doing stupid or unsafe things for example walking in front of a lorry without looking at the road or traffic. Lost my house keys, only to find them in my handbag that I placed in the fridge???
Left the front door open and went Drs, not just unlocked but ajar...thought my partner was home or I'd been burgled.
Hair straighteners left on all day and last week lost 50 pounds from walking upstairs to downstairs- still can't find.
I've mentioned to the Drs but the are dismissal and feel I'm stressed or menopausal....no real clarification as to why .
I think so it's causes by two things, sleeping disorder and stomach problem. Try to complete your sleep, and eat those food which don't create gas and stomach upset, another implement point is that to consul with Psychiatrist, we are here, can share ideas about our problems.
