Brain fog

Finally brain fog gone. That was awful..not thinking clearly, no plan, I don't function well like that. But finally getting clearer. Lots still going on..marriage issues, moving, etc. But...made final decision to move 1000 miles away to be with family, and going with him. Instead of dwelling on his indiscretions I will dwell on 35 years, most of which were good, funny and he was still is good provider. I have known he immature and has issues...as do I. In long run u have to find what works for u. Most will disagree, but my decision and I will do what best for me.

Don’t worry about what others say or think.. you do what is best for YOU, I had a relationship with someone who I was deeply in love with and that person cheated on me loads. Yeah in the end I had to end it for my own protection but I was still in love with them long after.

Hey you’re right. I recently talked to someone I last talked in 2017. I have dissociation. I got to get out of here for a while. But I remember the mindset of 37 (better, more cognitively aware) and the dissociation - brain fog 😶‍🌫️ has disappeared for a bit. I’m 44 now. I thought it was just meditation. Thanks

Hi Bucketlady, I’m glad you’re thinking clearer. Do what is right for you. It’s your life, your decision. Just don’t sell yourself short and live in regret. I did this for years and wasted so much time. In the end, it won’t matter what anyone else thinks of you … you have to sit with yourself at the end of each day. Make those days something you can be happy about.

Good luck, I hope everything works out for you , 35 years is a long time, we’ve been together for over 50, it’s not always been easy , but we are still here, together 👍
