What is everyone up to Iam currently here in bed anxious can’t go to sleep anxious thoughts depressed same as always

Hi this is Shnookie. It’s 11 PM in Los Angeles and am watching PBS show with different world figures. I enjoy the intellectual stimulation. I had a Yuck 🤢 day. I took my Klonopin anti-anxiety pill and hope it will kick in soon. Do U take an

anti-anxiety Med b4 U go to sleep. I would suggest if possible playing peaceful

Music U enjoy, close your eyes, deep breathing to release the tension. I’m here

Hi yea it’s 11 here too Iam from California too no I don’t drink anything but I really think I need to start because I’ve been super anxious lately and depressed I don’t want to do anything or find joy in anything I can’t fall asleep either

It’s shnookie. Can U reach out to your therapist. U might need to have your Meds tweaked. Also U can try meditation, listen to music U like, journaling, exercise ways to make your body feel better. I’m here 4 U. Hugs 🤗 S

Hope you all went to sleep. Lately I been waking up earlier than I need to. On the weekends, I wake up in the middle of the night, I wrestle with my anxiety for an hour or two and then fall to sleep again. During the week Im unable to do that because I have to go to work early. Miss those days where i could deeply fall to sleep and not wake up til the alarm sounded.
