anxious
Home with family and feeling anxious at the moment. I should take my own advice and get out of the house - because getting out of the house and subsequently out of my head, usually helps me. In any case, you aren't the only one feeling this way at the moment.
Hi. I'm here. What's up?
stuck in this house and feeling overwhelmed
Who are you there with? How old are you? I'm stuck in a house too. I live with my mil and my unemployed husband and daughter. It's real frigging hard!
I'm the only one home right now. I am currently unemployed myself so I spend all my time at home. I have a lot of anxiety ever since I was laid off. a lot of guilt that I can't seem to shake. Not sure if I will be able to go back to work because of the anxiety. feeling really overwhelmed with it all.I live with my hussband and my teenage daughter. they understand and try to help me the best way they can.
Just take one thing at a time. If you can apply for jobs, do so. If not, take a break and get yourself together. I have a young daughter too and that makes it hard but I work fulltime and I am waiting for my husband to do something. It's been two years. It's so frustrating but I love him and support him so I will be patient. I have a hard time working every day but I sympathize with him so do what you can on your terms and don't give up. You will find your way someday and it could be a great change for you
At work till now. I don't get as much anxious as just plain depressed. Don't like who or where I am. don't want to get up or take care of myself. George, pictured helps.
Yes I’ve been there. I’m fact my first panic attack came out of nowhere when I was about 19 watching a potato chip commercial at home. I felt dizzy with a pounding heart and tried to walk across the house to the kitchen. A few minutes later when it was all over. Keep the stereo on low for background noise.
Hello! We are here. When I get like this, I try to occupy my time, read a book, listen to music or meditate.
