Panic in sleep

Hello how are we tonight? Myself in a full blown panic attack. Got woken up suddenly from my sleep by it. Now I'm shaking uncontrollably. Has anyone else felt this way?

I have, it happened to me a couple of days ago, my lips were shaking too. Just try to breath and calm down, it should go away in a couple of hours (Mine went away 2 hours later)

Oh ok. The last time this happened to me was years ago. So now I'm up with my mind racing and telling me I'm a die. I hate this feeling.

I feel a bit calm. I'm trying to think back on my past experiences to see if I felt this way. I feel a bit better but now I feel stiff on my left side of body. How do you cope

I just layed down, and just waited until I felt better and I walked a little before i went back to my bed.

Ok I'm a try that. But once I feel better. Do you ever get acid reflux with your anxiety?

At one point I thought that's it I'm a die but I went to see my doctor they said I have acid reflux and anxiety kicks it up a notch. I'm trying not to re-panic but I hate this feeling. So do you take meds?

Honestly I dont know what triggers my panic at night. Right now I'm trying not to panic because I have a pressure headache. I keep thinking I'm a have a stroke but I know I'm not. I'm just over thinking again

a tip to finding out what triggers your panic is the first step. take a look around you, what are you doing, what are you thinking, who are you with. where are you.

Honestly alot ofvthings trigger me having anxiety and panic. I dont fully have control over them and I hate it alot.
