No need to go on new meds for the next few weeks. They can be tough weeks indeed. Wishing you a better new year.
I'm sorry you are having problems with your meds. It sure is frustrating when you are depressed even tho you take your meds. Holidays have been a struggle for me for years because I get so emotional about my kids not coming because of distance and COVID. I'mm trying to approach it differently and keep telling myself it's just another day. My husband and I are treating ourselves for dinner. Maybe you have a friend who can come by. Try to relax and maybe you and your doctor can re examine your medications after the holidays. Remember this is temporary. It will be easier to feel better after the holidays and the extra pressure they bring
I am not stressing about Christmas. Or I think that I am not. Don't have any plans for Christmas. No invitations. No children. No husband. No close friend. All of that was true through out the past. I have good and "bad" holidays in the past. I don't plan to get bent out of shape about this one. I am grateful and thankful for all the holidays are supposed to stand for. Sad it has become so commercial. Be safe and be well folks.
