My life is in shambles and I really need help.

My anxiety is through the roof, I feel like my body is non stop shaking, I have almost daily panic attacks now and I don't know what to do or who to go to anymore.

My job has been rough (I'm a caregiver and my client constantly insults me) so i put in my notice, but my anxiety is keeping me from looking for another job.

The stress with my college has been killing me.

My ADHD medication started giving me really bad side effects so I had to stop taking it, but my psychiatrist said to go to someone else from now on (its a telehealth thing and he makes less money for each visit after the first).

i just started therapy again but she had to cancel yesterday and said we could reschedule for today but now she's saying just make an appointment for whenever and I told her that the site won't let me make an appointment this short in advance and now she won't answer me.

My three friends that I had are all being belittling (they always are, i know i should cut them from my life but it's been hard).

I'm at the end of my rope. I'm doing everything I can think of to make improvements in my life and be happier and better but i feel like everything i try falls apart. My anxiety makes me feel sick constantly and I'm tired of feeling like I can't breathe. I don't know what to do anymore.

I’m so sorry about that my brother was taking an ADHD medication and he had tics from it . I hope that your side effects of your medication stop lots of kindness and support to you 🙏

I'm sorry your going through that you don't deserve it all my advice is easier said then done so the best I can say is take a step back and breathe your taking the 1st step by talking about what is going on and asking for help you might have too much on your plate and who cares what others think about you, your awesome and can do anything sorry my advice isn't the best but I'm here for you

I don't really have an answer, but I want give you some virtual hugs and encourage you to keep trying to schedule with your therapist. Don't respond when your friends belittle you. That just encourages them.

Try to take care of yourself with rest and maybe some exercise like walking somewhere. pleasant.

I can only tell you what helps me. 6-8 hours of sleep each night. No caffeine. 30-40 minutes of daily cardio exercise to produce endorphins and seratonin. The Wim Hof guided breathing exercises free on you tube. And a 5 minute pure cold shower snaps you back to normal.

Hi, it is unfortunate to learn that you are suffering from anxiety and after reading your post I have realized that your anxiety has affected your personal life to a great extent. You deserve to live your life to its fullest. Anxiety makes living a normal life quite difficult in today's fast-paced and competitive environment and such mental ailments are becoming common nowadays in youngsters but you are lucky that there are a lot of people out there who are ready to help you. One of my cousins had severe social anxiety and he was on the verge of losing his job but then he found a good psychiatrist and followed his advice, he started recovering after two months and was living a normal life after the treatment of 9 months. Hi, I really feel your anxiety that shaking feeling is the worst! I know the Drs. treat you and everyone else and tell you it's all in your head. But i had one Dr. tell me 90% of it is physical ,brain chemicals out of balance. What i did was start with good nutrition get a good quality super food powder with fruits and vegetables get a high quality omega3 liquid to heal your brain, get a gaba plus L theanine supplement to help calm your brain this will help you sleep and relax it took the shaking feeling away for me. Use honey instead of sugar . eat a banana everyday for the potassium and supplement with magnesium ,take a good quality probiotic alot of your nervous system is in your stomach. I know it seems like alot but once you get a routine down it will be easy. Also start exercising this really helps i walk about 2 miles a day ,you don't have to walk fast just get outside and enjoy the fresh air and surroundings. This is what i do and i'm pretty much anxiety free .I hope this helps !
